We hereby work out the following service commitments:

1. A 24-hour service hotline is available and screened high-caliber maintenance personnel with adequate resources are ready for your call.
2. Offer pre-sale consulting services so as to help customers to select the most suitable, rational and economic design solution.
3. Provide customers with training on operation and maintenance.After a contract is concluded with our customer, we will offer the training on the operation and maintenance of the related equipment free of charge, and help the customer to timely command and maximally exert the equipment.
4. Offer the technical consulting services for installations and commissioning, and assist power-supply companies and customers in their installations and commissioning.
5. Be responsible for on-the-spot service of maintenance and component-supply service.These services are available free of charge within 18 months after a product is delivered or within 12 months sfter a product is put into operation. For failures resulted from mal-operations, the components replaced will be charged at their cost.
6. Upon the request from a customer from Kunshan and nearby regions, we promise to arrive at the customer’s site within 3 hours and to solve the problem within 24 hours. For customers in other places than the above-mentioned, we will arrive in 24 hours.
